The "Cry It Out" method is what gives sleep training a bad reputation. It is essentially putting your baby to bed and then leaving them, no matter how long it takes them to go to sleep and stop crying. We do not do this and It’s not a technique we recommend, but we appreciate it has its place in the sleep training industry.
This is a bit of an unanswerable question, it’s so dependent on the baby, how old the baby is, what sleep training technique you opt for and then the consistency on your end. We understand every baby and family is different and each sleep training method works in different ways for each family.
We can help you from birth, or even before giving birth. Although sleep training isn’t recommended until 6 months of age (gentle techniques can be implemented from 4 months). Before that, we can work on getting some good habits in place, making those long nights easier. Our main sleep packages are aimed at babies 5 months and older for this reason. Our Newborn Package is aimed at parents wanting to help their baby under 5 months with some simple healthy sleep habits.
Of course. This can be discussed near the end of your support period. We want all families to leave knowing that they have all the support that they need to improve their baby's sleep and achieve their individual sleep goals.
Our main sleep packages are aimed at children from 5 months up until 8 years.
