Terms and conditions

The purchase of a Sleep Package (Or Other Service) from Sleepy Einsteins Ltd will be deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

The full fee for Sleepy Einsteins Ltd services is due on booking your Sleep Package (Or Other Service) with Sleepy Einsteins Ltd. 

If the Sleep Package (Or Other Service) is cancelled by the Client (the payer and receiver of the package) the following terms and conditions apply:

Less than 48 hours notice – no amount will be refunded

48-72 hours’ notice – 50% of the full amount will be refunded

More than 72 hours notice – 100% will be refunded to the client

If a Client demonstrates exceptional circumstances as the reason for a cancellation within 72 hours of the booking time, Sleepy Einsteins Ltd, on a case by case basis, may accept a rescheduled appointment within 1 week of the original booking time.

Sleepy Einsteins Ltd reserves the right to cancel Consultations at short notice due to personal circumstances. In the event of Sleepy Einsteins Ltd cancelling, the Client will be offered a full refund or alternative dates if preferred.

In respect of each sleep package granted by Sleepy Einsteins Ltd to the Client, the Client agrees that it shall not provide the package to any third party who is not a Client.

Advice given by Sleepy Einsteins Ltd is intended as advice related to sleep and is not intended as a substitute for medical advice from a GP or other medical expert.

Sleepy Einsteins Ltd advises to the best of their ability, experience and training but does not accept responsibility or liability for sleep and behavioural work that does not achieve the desired result following the Consultation process.

If the Client’s child has an underlying health condition, Sleepy Einsteins Ltd reserves the right to not proceed with the Consultation. If this is the case, the Client will receive a full refund.

If it’s found to be the Client’s child’s age is under 5 months and this hasn’t been explicitly stated to Sleepy Einsteins Ltd (the “Company”), the Company reserves the right to change the sleep package to the 'Newborn Package". The Client will receive a refund for the price difference between the two packages. 

Sleepy Einsteins Ltd is contactable at any time during the day (during waking hours) and will respond as soon as possible after receipt of the contact from the Client, notwithstanding personal circumstances or holidays.

The Sleep Plan will be written and sent through via email within 48 hours of the initial Consultation.

The Support Period is non-refundable and lasts for the designated time post Consultation unless a date has been agreed otherwise. If the support is not used by the Client, there is no refund available.

Any further support outside of the initial Support Package booked is charged at £99 per week.

Sleepy Einsteins Ltd is willing to travel, on a case-by-case basis, to clients outside Surrey and Hampshire. Should travel be necessary, expenses are to be paid by the Client, including but not limited to travel, travel time and accommodation.

Sleepy Einsteins Ltd reserves the right to cease the provision of support in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: abuse or harassment from a Client to one of the Sleepy Einsteins Ltd team.

Sleepy Einsteins Ltd reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time.
